Helen started her real estate career on St. George Island in 1981 helping people from around the world become part of the Forgotten Coast and its environmentally protected communities. Her team primarily works in St. George Island, Apalachicola, Eastpoint and around Franklin County, but also cover other coastal areas in the Florida panhandle. Helen has handled transactions across Florida and in the Bahamas.
The team has extensive experience and expertise selling waterfront & resort properties for investment, second homes, residences and commercial. Helen is a Luxury Homes Specialist and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with a keen ability to showcase local properties through professional marketing.
Amy’s real estate sales skills were developed in Atlanta in the early 2000s and are well-suited for the fast-paced local market. Tami began working in real estate on St George Island in the mid-1990s and her background in finance enhances her ability to help clients.
Helen and her husband John have lived here since 1980, on St. George Island for 20 years, on Apalachicola Bay in Eastpoint and now north of Apalachicola on Mitchell Creek (Apalachicola River) with their rescued dogs. John is a well-known nature photographer, writer, novelist and playwright. Both are graduates of Louisiana State University and loyal Tiger fans who enjoy SEC sports. They love the natural environment, wildlife and diverse ecosystems which they enjoy with their rescued dogs.
Before joining Helen in real estate, Amy built a successful event planning business in Franklin County over 15 years. Her family has owned property in Eastpoint on Magnolia Bluff since the late 1970s. Amy lives on the bay on 5-acres in Eastpoint with her husband Joey who is a builder, and three daughters – Isabella, Evie and Sarah. Amy’s levels of energy and enthusiasm for real estate are unmatched.
An Apalachicola native, Tami is a graduate of Florida A&M's business school with graduate studies in finance. She is active in church, community and civic services.. Tami is the proud mother of a son and daughter-in-law with two adorable grandchildren Amos and Rowan. She loves to sing, travel and cook, and owns several small businesses including a food truck and catering.
