June was another great month for the Forgotten Coast residential real estate market with a steady pace of activity. There were 41 single family homes closing and 57 pending across key communities. Port St. Joe, St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach had the highest transaction totals with St. George Island close behind. The highest priced property to sell during June was a Gulf front home on St. George Island in the St. George Plantation community.
