While Hurricane Michael certainly had great impact on the Forgotten Coast real estate market during October, there is still steady activity to report, and new contracts show a positive sign for the remaining months of the fourth quarter. Cape San Blas/Indian Pass recorded the highest sale at $1.125 million while St. George Island had the highest average price per foot at $179.47. While there are many areas on the Forgotten Coast still recovering from the storm, there are also many areas that are largely unaffected with damage free properties available for sale.
