Sales remained consistent in the Forgotten Coast residential real estate market during the month of September with prices falling slightly over the previous month. There were 35 single family homes closing and 52 pending across key communities. Port St. Joe had the highest number of closings for the month followed by St. George Island and Cape San Blas/Indian Pass. The highest priced property to sell during September was a Gulf front property in the Cape San Blas community of Cape Isle Preserve at $947,500.
